RETURNS & REFUNDS

For hygiene reason earrings can not be returned or exchanged.

If in the unlikely and unfortunate event your earrings arrive damaged or faulty you must contact the customer service team via email customercare@divaaf.com with the related order number within 72 hours of your order arriving. A suitable replacement pair will be arranged for delivery once the faulty pair are received or photo evidence is provided.

Other accessory items ordered must be returned unused and in its original packaging with 14 days. if the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to us. Please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging you may be responsible for any additional costs.

Please be aware all items are returned at the customers’ own expense.

£3.99 will be deducted from your refund if you decide to use our UK returns label. customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item(s) get lost in transit on the way back to DIVA AF. We reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.

SALE ITEMS

Please note items from our SALE section cannot be refunded or exchanged as these items are final sale. Please note some of these items may have minor cosmetic defects which happened during production.

EXCHANGE 

We offer exchanges to UK customers only. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@divaaf.com

Should you decide to return an item via our label, a total of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return.

Please ensure you send your items back with the return slip detailing the items your are returning and reason for the refund. This slip also ensures we can identify your order correctly and issue your refund. Please note if this is not done correctly or is missing your refund may be delayed.
