The information you, the customer provide us with  can include browsing on our website, purchasing and registering for an DIVA AF account.

When you create and register an account, you will provide us with your personal information such as your name, email address, delivery/billing address, phone number, credit card details, date of birth and and other general marketing preferences, we will use your date of birth to send you exclusive codes or offers on your birthday.

DIVA AF may also receive information from you, should you enter our competitions, participate in any feedback questionnaires around your shopping experience with us, or from any communication you may have with our customer services team and our social media platforms.

DIVA AF will collect information regarding technology you’re using to shop with, we collect device specific information which can include the model, operating system, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

When using our website or services, we will automatically collect and store certain information in our server logs. MINORS
